- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some lemon zest to the topping mixture.
