Ingredients
1 cup warm milk
4 cups flour
2 eggs

cup + 6 tbsp butter, softened
Β½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
ΒΌ cup cream cheese
1Β½ cups confectioners sugar
Β½ tsp vanilla extract
1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour.
Combine flour mixture with yeast mixture. Mix well.
Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Roll dough into a 16×12 inch rectangle.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter for filling.
Spread filling over dough.
Roll dough tightly, cut into 1Β½ inch slices.
Place in greased pan, let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Β°F for 20 minutes.
Mix icing ingredients, spread over baked rolls.
Notes
For perfect dough, ensure milk is lukewarm (around 110Β°F).
Make ahead: Prepare rolls night before, refrigerate, and bake in the morning.
