Ingredients
4 large boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Tony Chachereβs 30-Minute Chicken Marinade
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz chopped spinach
6 oz sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup Mozzarella or Queso cheese
2 tsp Tony Chachereβs Spice Nβ Herbs Seasoning
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp oil from sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp Tony Chachereβs Spice Nβ Herbs Seasoning
Instructions
Slice the chicken breasts in half to make them foldable.
Marinate the chicken in the marinade for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix all stuffing ingredients until well combined.
Evenly distribute the filling into each chicken breast and seal with toothpicks.
Grill the chicken for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add sauce ingredients, boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use low-fat cream cheese and mozzarella.
Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165Β°F for safety.
