Hawaiian Rolls Sticky Buns

Wake up to the sweet aroma of Hawaiian Rolls Sticky Buns! Perfect for a cozy breakfast, these buns are a delightful mix of caramel and pecans, ready in just 30 minutes. 🌞🍯

Ingredients

🍞 12 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter
🥛 ½ cup heavy cream
🟤 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark, packed)
🌽 4 tablespoons light corn syrup
🧂 ⅛ teaspoon salt
🥜 1 cup pecans (chopped)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Cut an ‘X’ on top of each roll, almost to the bottom.
2️⃣ In a saucepan, combine butter, cream, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir over medium heat until butter melts. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3️⃣ Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle pecans over it.
4️⃣ Place rolls top side down in the caramel. Bake for 14-18 minutes until brown.
5️⃣ Let rolls rest for 5 minutes. Invert onto a platter, spooning any remaining caramel and pecans over the rolls. Serve warm. 🍯🥜

Notes

🌡️ Always preheat your oven for even baking.
🥣 For a richer flavor, try using dark brown sugar.
🍞 If Hawaiian rolls aren’t available, Sister Schubert parker house rolls are a great substitute.
