- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly to create thin circles. Leave space between each crisp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
