- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8-count)
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round disc.
- Place a half piece of mozzarella cheese stick in the center of each biscuit.
- Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each biscuit seam-side down.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the tops of each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
