The pineapple coconut smoothie is a simple and delicious smoothie made from pineapple, coconut milk, hemp seeds, and coconut water. It’s creamy, filling, and a refreshing way to kick off the day or give you an afternoon boost.

- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup pineapple
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds, optional
- 1 Medjool date, or another sweetener of choice
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness, if needed.
- Serve or store for later.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple. I like to chop up fresh pineapple and freeze it for later.
- For a thinner smoothie, add a splash of water or additional coconut milk.
- If you don’t have a high-speed blender, you may need to blend for a little longer (about a minute) to get a creamy smooth consistency.
