Ingredients

  • 1 poundsushi grade ahi tuna (cut into ¾" cubes)
  • ¼ cupsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonrice vinegar
  • 1.5 teaspoonssesame oil
  • ¾ teaspoonred pepper flakes (crushed)
  • ⅓ cupgreen onions (thinly sliced)
  • ½ teaspoonsesame seeds (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 cupsbrown rice (or white rice, cooked)
  • 2 cupssalad greens

Instructions
