
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a large sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic salt, onion powder, parsley, and ground pepper. Divide into two portions.
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture. Mix to coat evenly.
Pour the potato mixture onto one side of the prepared sheet pan. Roast for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine chicken with remaining olive oil, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and the remaining spice mixture. Mix to coat evenly.
After 15 minutes, add the seasoned chicken to the other side of the pan. Return to the oven and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
