  • 2 tspLemon Juice
  • 1 tspDijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tspSea Salt
  • 1 cupAvocado Oil
  • 1 tspVinegar (optional (white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, etc.))

Instructions

    Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature before blending.

    Add all ingredients except the oil to the jar, then pour the oil on top and let it sit for a few seconds.

    Blend on high for 20 seconds, then move the blender up and down until fully emulsified.

    Stir and transfer the mayonnaise to a container. Refrigerate immediately and consume within 7 days.
