Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Stir occasionally until browned and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
