  • 4 Russet potatoes sliced into wedges
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • Ranch dressing or ketchup optional for serving
  • Parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking sheet or pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat each wedge evenly.
  3. Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until golden and tender, checking doneness with a fork.
  5. Transfer the baked wedges to a serving dish and garnish with parsley if desired.
  6. Serve with ranch dressing, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce.
