Blueberry Ice Cream Shaved Ice

Ingredients
  

  • 150 ml Milk
  • 300 ml Whipped Cream
  • 300 g Blueberries
  • 140 g Sugar
  • 4 ea Eggs
  • 1 ea Vanilla Bean
Other toppings (Yogurt, Cereal, Condensed Milk)

Method
 

  1. Boil 150ml of the measured milk until it boils and let it cool.
  2. Separate the egg yolk from the white.
  3. Stir in the separated yolk and sugar with a whisk until light in color.
  4. Mix cooled milk in beaten yolk until lemon-colored. Add vanilla bean or rum if available.
  5. Boil the mixture again and cool in the refrigerator.
  6. Grind blueberries in a blender, then stir into whipped cream.
  7. Mix the ground blueberries and whipped cream with the cooled yolk mixture, and freeze.
  8. After freezing, make shaved ice with frozen milk and top it with blueberry yogurt smoothie and other toppings.

Notes

Make sure to freeze the milk for shaved ice ahead of time.
