Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the brown sugar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, ground ginger, and crushed crackers until combined.
- Shape meat mixture into a 9x4 inch loaf.
- Spread the ketchup mixture on top.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Serve with extra sauce and fresh rosemary.
Notes
This meatloaf is best served with extra ketchup glaze.
