Cinnamon Pizza

Cinnamon Pizza is a delightful twist on traditional pizza with warm, sweet flavors of cinnamon and sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 store-bought Pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • cup White sugar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Brush a pizza pan or sheet pan with ½ tablespoon of melted butter.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, white sugar, brown sugar, 1½ teaspoons cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons room-temperature butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  4. Place pizza dough on the prepared pan.
  5. Brush dough with ½ tablespoon melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon evenly over the dough.
  7. Spread crumble mixture evenly over the dough.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crust is golden and topping is bubbly.
  9. While pizza bakes, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl for the glaze.
  10. Let pizza cool for about 10 minutes.
  11. Drizzle glaze over the pizza.
  12. Slice and serve.
