Method
- Cook the pasta following the package instructions.
- In a pan, brown the kielbasa and then remove it. Over medium heat, add the butter, minced garlic, heavy cream, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Thoroughly mix everything and let it simmer for several minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Add the kielbasa to the pasta and serve.
- I enjoy topping it with additional Parmesan cheese and some dried parsley!
