- Drizzle olive oil over the chickpeas and stir until evenly coated. Add more oil as necessary.
- Add the spice mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, stir, and then bake for another 5-10 minutes until desired crispiness.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the chickpeas cool for maximum crispiness.
- Serve with your favorite recipes like Greek Salad.
