Method
- Add the shredded chicken, onion, and celery to a large bowl then set it aside.
- Mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, chopped basil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and veggies and mix until fully combined. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately with your favorite crackers or use the salad as a sandwich filling.
Notes
Keep the chicken salad chilled in the refrigerator until you're ready to use it.
