Easy Strawberry Cold Foam

This homemade strawberry cold foam is light, fluffy, and refreshing! Use it to top your matcha lattes, coffees, or smoothies.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 strawberries strawberries rinsed and dried, with stems & leaves removed
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons sweetener adjust to taste; can use regular sugar, stevia, agave, honey, etc.
  • 1-2 tablespoons strawberry jam

Equipment

  • 1 Blender (optional for one method)
  • 1 Mason Jar (for shaking method)

Method
 

  1. In a small blender, combine 3 strawberries, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend until thick and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Taste and stir in sweetener to your liking.
  2. In a mason jar, combine 1-2 tablespoons strawberry jam, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Close jar and vigorously shake until the mixture is thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, use a frother. Taste and add more jam or sweetener to your liking.
