Easy Turkey Club Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise divided
  • 2 oz sun dried tomatoes drained
  • 2 cloves garlic or more to taste
  • 4 slices sourdough bread or your favorite bread
  • 6 slices turkey deli meat divided
  • 6 slices bacon cooked
  • 1 whole avocado divided
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce divided

Method
 

  1. Make the sun dried tomato mayo by blending the sun dried tomatoes, garlic and mayonnaise in a mason jar until smooth.
  2. Lay out the slices of bread, and spread the sun dried tomato mayonnaise on each side.
  3. Add 3 slices of deli turkey and 3 pieces of cooked bacon on top. Top with sun dried tomatoes, avocado slices, and lettuce.
  4. If using a wrap, repeat the same and tightly wrap it together. Use toothpicks to keep it together, and cut in half.
  5. Sandwich the bread together and cut in half. Serve with a side salad or chips and enjoy.
