Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds optional
  • 1 Medjool date or another sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness, if needed.
  3. Serve or store for later.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple. I like to chop up fresh pineapple and freeze it for later.
  • For a thinner smoothie, add a splash of water or additional coconut milk.
  • If you don't have a high-speed blender, you may need to blend for a little longer (about a minute) to get a creamy smooth consistency.
