- Add olive oil to large frying pan over medium high heat. Add onion and kielbasa, cooking until onion is soft and kielbasa is slightly browned on both sides - about 10 minutes.1 large onion (chopped), 1 pound kielbasa sausage (cut into 1 inch pieces), 1 medium head cabbage (chopped)
- Add cabbage and butter and stir. Cover and cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, or until cabbage is wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.2 tablespoons butter, 1 pinch salt and pepper
- Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
