Grilled Cheese Paneer & Corn Sandwich

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich filled with paneer and sweet corn, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup paneer (grated)
  • ½ cup sweet corn frozen
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi (crushed)
  • teaspoon red chili powder or to taste
  • ¾ tablespoon oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter salted, for grilling
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 4 slices bread of your choice
  • 2 slices cheese of your choice

Equipment

  • 1 Grill Pan (for grilling the sandwich)
  • 1 Mixing Bowl (for mixing the stuffing)

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
    ½ cup sweet corn, 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  2. Add paneer, corn, kasuri methi, red chili powder, and mix well; cook for 2 minutes and set aside.

  3. Mix butter with coriander leaves and spread on the bread slices.

  4. Layer the paneer-corn mixture and cheese slices on the buttered bread; close the sandwich.
    4 slices bread, 2 slices cheese
  5. Grill the sandwich until golden brown and crispy, then cut and serve.

Notes

Serve with tomato ketchup for extra flavor.
