Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Celery Stalks diced
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries Sliced in half or quarters, depending on size
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • Keto Bread optional

Method
 

  1. Cook chicken based on your preference (Baked, boiled, grilled). Once cooked through, shred and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside to cool.
  2. Chop celery and onions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, onions, blackberries and walnuts.
  4. Stir in the cottage cheese and mayo. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve as is, or on your favorite keto bread.
