Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly to create thin circles. Leave space between each crisp.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
