Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Mangos ripe and cubed
  • 2 Avocados cubed
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 Jalapeno minced with the seeds removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt plus more to taste

Method
 

  1. Chop the mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeƱo and add them to a large bowl.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and toss until they're fully combined.
  3. Serve with chips (or tacos) and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
