Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add some lemon zest to the topping mixture.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
