Method
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature before blending.
- Add all ingredients except the oil to the jar, then pour the oil on top and let it sit for a few seconds.
- Blend on high for 20 seconds, then move the blender up and down until fully emulsified.
- Stir and transfer the mayonnaise to a container. Refrigerate immediately and consume within 7 days.
