Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit.
Flatten each biscuit into a round disc.
Place a half piece of mozzarella cheese stick in the center of each biscuit.
Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each biscuit seam-side down.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
