Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits 8-count
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate each biscuit.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc.
  4. Place a half piece of mozzarella cheese stick in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each biscuit seam-side down.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  8. Brush the tops of each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
