Roasted Cabbage recipe with Parmesan and Walnuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cabbage, sliced and chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp coarse sea salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 0.25 cup parmesan or gouda cheese
  • 0.33 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place the chopped cabbage on a large baking sheet. Drizzle it with the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle on the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then toss again and roast for another 10 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with cheese, walnuts, and parsley.
