Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cups

No bake chocolate peanut butter banana cups made with 5 core ingredients for an easy sweet treat that tastes like a Reese's peanut butter cup with a banana twist.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bar (3.5 ounces) 70% dark chocolate (or 2 (2 ounce) chocolate bars)*
  • 3 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon melted virgin coconut oil
  • 1 medium banana sliced into ¼ inch rounds
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped peanuts (honey roasted is great!)
  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling on top

Method
 

  1. Line a mini muffin pan with 9 mini liners.
  2. Melt the chocolate and spread it in the liners, then freeze for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Make the peanut butter filling and spoon it into the hardened chocolate cups.
  4. Top with sliced banana and cover with more melted chocolate, then freeze until solid.
  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and enjoy!

Notes

These cups are great for snacking and can be kept in the freezer.
