Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional for extra stickiness)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Cooked rice
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Lime juice or rice vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt (Optional)
  • ½ tsp Honey ((if you want it slightly sweet))

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into small, even pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
  5. Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  7. Let the mixture simmer until it begins to thicken.
  8. Spoon warm rice into serving plate.
  9. Top the rice with the sticky chicken and garnish with green onions, Spicy Mayo Sauce and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a spicier version, adjust the Sriracha and chili flakes to your preference.
