Method
- Season the veal with salt and pepper and dredge each piece in flour until lightly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and fry veal for 1 minute on each side until browned, then remove.
- Add butter to the pan, then mushrooms. Fry until moisture is released.
- Add garlic, fry for 1 minute, then add Marsala and reduce by half.
- Add chicken stock, simmer until sauce thickens, then return veal to pan.
- Serve veal garnished with parsley.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.
